Under the leadership of Mrs. Charletta Wilson Jacks, the 2026–2030 International Program of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® is a bold and transformational call to action designed to strengthen communities, empower families, elevate future leaders, and expand the global impact of service.

Grounded in the organization’s historic mission of Service to All Mankind®, this administration advances a modern, measurable, and member-centered approach to service, one that is flexible enough to meet local community needs while scalable enough to create worldwide impact.

Developed through conversations with members, chapter leaders, educators, families, business professionals, and community stakeholders across the sisterhood, the 2026–2030 program reflects a shared vision for initiatives that are customizable, sustainable, collaborative, and impactful. The result is a comprehensive framework that empowers chapters of every size and capacity to meet the unique needs of their communities while creating lasting global impact.
